For Active Adults

In this one-hour workshop, you’ll learn why most solutions for back pain are temporary and how one approach gets over 90% of people back to living their lives without back pain.

This event is for people who:

  • Struggle with back or hip pain when they stand or walk,
  • Have pain when they sit for long periods,
  • Experience pain, numbness, or tingling,
  • Experience their lower back “giving out” frequently, or
  • Are afraid that their pain will get worse or require surgery if they do nothing.

Here’s What You’ll Discover

  • What 80% of people with low back pain have in common, and how to address it.
  • What the root cause of chronic back pain is, that often leads to most solutions being temporary.

You’ll also receive

  • A free copy of Dr. Tom Padilla’s Book “A Runner’s Guide To Avoiding Common Running Injuries”
  • A copy of our special report that contains 9 actionable tips that you can take to start easing your back pain quickly.

The workshop was a great balance of learning what causes the back/hip pain and then practicing a few exercises to learn how different muscles operate during different movements/activities. I have experienced lower back pain for years and have been through many forms of treatment where I would experience brief moments of relief but the pain and symptoms would always come back. It was not until I attended this workshop that I discovered why these treatments never held… The DPT takes an in depth approach where they want to get all muscles into alignment and then work on getting those muscles to operate as they are intended.

I attended the Low Back Pain workshop by Drs Steph and Tom. It was the most informative information on low back pain I have ever been exposed to, and I had orthopedic courses in my training! They gave information that transforms the way that I interact with back pain in office, getting people off of their medications and having them simply do some simple testing to find out what is actually the cause of the pain. I recommend that all practitioners who see people who have back pain attend this workshop. Their workshops are very informative and give you the ammo you need to be a solution to low back pain, not perpetuating the issue by trying to ineffectively treat the issue. Thank you Tom and Steph! You guys WOWED me!
