Are You the Kind of Person Who…

  • Loves talking to new people on the phone or in person, and making them feel like they matter?
  • Thrives on juggling multiple conversations, calendars, and curveballs without losing your cool?
  • Notices and remembers the details most people miss, and takes real pride in that?
  • Wants to be part of something bigger than just answering phones or checking boxes?

If that sounds like you, we need to meet.

Who We Are and Why This Role Matters

We’re The Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT) , a fast-growing concierge PT clinic that helps active adults get back to doing what they love without pain, pills, or surgery. Most of our patients come to us after 3–5 failed attempts elsewhere. They’re skeptical. They’re frustrated. They’re tired of being told, “Everything looks normal” or “it’s just age.”

That’s where you come in.
You’re not just the first impression.
You’re the first experience.

You’re the warm, clear, confident voice that makes people believe it’s finally possible to get real answers and real results.

Our Core Values (GRACE) – We live by these!

Growth – We don’t wait for feedback; we seek it. We’re always learning, improving, and leveling up.

Right vs Easy – We take the high road, even when it’s slower, harder, or less convenient.

Accountability – We own our outcomes. No excuses. No passing the buck.

Communication – We speak directly, kindly, and clearly, and we don’t do drama.

Experience – We aim to be the best part of our clients’ day, every day.

These values guide how we show up, support each other, and serve patients. If they resonate with you, we’re already on the same page.
