I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff at the Doctors ofPhysical Therapy. I have a struggled with ongoing lower pain for years due to my past with being a ballet dancer, and more recently having 2 children which made my pain worsen. Dr. Jessie is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes her time with me every single visit and truly cares about my progress. She has helped me TREMENDOUSLY and my pain is going down less and less with each session. I am beyond grateful to have found this incredible team! I highly recommend this place! They truly care here which is so hard to find.

My friend referred me to DPT because I was complaining about shoulder and back pains. Though my lower back pain was chronic, the shoulder pains were relatively new and were limiting my ability to work out, swim and sleep.I had hesitated to visit them because I have experienced disappointment with some practitioners after their initial consultation. That is not the case with Dr. Tom and Dr. Jessie. Their knowledge and 'bedside manners' are an awesome combination of clarity of purpose and ease in practice.Within 6 appointments my shoulder pain disappeared, but had migrated to another area. As these new symptoms appeared Dr. Jessie pivoted and addressed them but never lost focus on whole body movement. I even joke with her that they must be practicing some sort of magic because implementing the exercises mysteriously made pains disappear.Of course, their work isn't a mystery if you do the work, but joking and feeling at ease is an apt description of the environment they created. And the captain of this ease is Lesa. Yes, she is organized and always in front of billing and insurance issues before they ever become anything, but she greets everyone as family. I just love going to my appointments. Don't ever go changing, it's awesome just the way it is. Lol!

This is by FAR the best place to go if you are searching for experts in physical therapy! For anyone who had bad experiences in the past it will NOT happen here! Your fears will disappear with your first appointment! Dr. Jessie is amazing and has helped me so much with lower back and sciatica pain. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and she is with you the entire session, from checking the areas of concern to ensuring you are doing the exercises correctly which is so important. Everyone at DPT including Dr. Tom and Lesa are so genuinely friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend!

I have been very impressed with Dr. Tom and Dr. Jessie and their unique approach to physical therapy. I was referred to them by my chiropractor after I had been seeing another physical therapist for months. I came in for neck issues, but they evaluated my entire body to see what might be causing or contributing to this problem. This was very different from my previous experience with physical therapy, where they were only allowed to consider the part of the body that I was referred for. We were able to identify several issues throughout my body and have been working on each of these during my time here. I also appreciate their willingness to problem solve and try different approaches to get to the root of my neck issues. I am still a work in progress, but I am confident that we will continue to improve the way that my body functions and my quality of life. I am so thankful that I found their practice and would highly recommend it to anyone who might be hesitant to try physical therapy.

I was lucky to find DPT after many years of trying to manage hip pain that kept me from many activities. I had tried many doctors and other therapists but they only offered temporary solutions to keep me active. No one was able to diagnose and solve the real problem. A friend recommended DPT after listening to my frustrations. Dr. Tom was able to determine what was causing my pain and most importantly, what I needed to do strengthen my muscles so that I could be pain free. he recommended exercises and stretches based on my progress after every appointment. We have been working together for several months (first in person and then over Zoom since I'm out of town for the summer) to increase my strength and flexibility. I have noticed dramatic changes in the way I move. I'm able to do things now that I haven't been able to do for years. DPT is not like any other physical therapy practice. Each patient has the compete attention of the doctor for a full hour at every appointment. The doctors pay close attention to where I am and change the program to address my needs continuously so that I continue to make progress. I'm really pleased with the results we have gotten so far and look forward to continuing our work together. DPT has changed my life. I highly recommend letting them help you as well.

For nearly a decade I dealt with back pain that would sometimes put me in the ER and other times ruin my day for weeks on end. I saw several doctors over the years with no real success. My bosses, avid fans of Dr. Tom, recommended him and it was a game changer. Not only did he and his team identify what was causing the pain, they actually gave me useful skills, exercises and support to manage the issues on my own. I have not had back pain since!Even after I was better and started trying new things, Dr. Tom was there to offer help - whether that meant discouraging bouldering on a sprained ankle or fixing my hip alignment for warrior 3.

The Doctors at The Doctors of Physical Therapy are absolutely amazing. I am not one to have pain normally but I woke up one morning and could hardly stand up. I was in so much pain. No idea what happened. I called The Doctors of Physical Therapy to see when they could see me. They got me in quickly and made it so that I could stand straight up without pain just a little tightness. They sent me home with exercises I could do to help it get better and better. I went back several times after that to make sure I was making progress and we worked on other little things I didn't know they could help with. Like the vertigo I had every time I laid down. I was so very happy with my results with them. I tell everyone they should go see them. They are the best. I have not had back pain like that again and if I feel it getting tight, I just do some of those exercises again and the tightness goes away. Love the entire staff at The Doctors of Physical Therapy.

I can't tell you how glad I am that I started working with Doctors Tom and Jessie at DPT. I actually live in Boston, and have only had a few sessions with them in person (when I was visiting my mom in Scottsdale). I was honestly skeptical about trying virtual PT but have been so pleased with my sessions and progress.I have been in and out of PT for the past 10+ years, and have been stuck in a pattern of two steps forward then one (or three) steps backwards and have been frustrated that I was never able to make real forward progress. I met with Tom and Jessie in March at my mom's suggestion, who has been a patient of theirs for a while and I have never worked with a team who has taken such a holistic view of my body and its issues. They took an incredibly comprehensive approach to evaluating my body and explained what was happening very clearly. After 2 sessions I went back to Boston and have been meeting with Jessie virtually since then. I continue to be so impressed with her ability to assess my progress and evaluate my body's alignment, strength and mobility virtually. She develops very thoughtful programs for me that work with my schedule, and I feel like I'm steadily making progress. When I started seeing them I had bad back pain and fairly constant knee pain. Since then, my back pain has almost gone away and my knee pain has decreased dramatically. I also hurt my shoulder a few months ago and Jessie responded immediately, was able to diagnose me over Zoom, developed an effective program and monitored my progress well. I wish they were in Boston but I would work with them virtually over anyone else locally any day!

I feel so thankful to have been recommended to DPT by a friend few months ago! Dr. Tom and Dr. Jessie have helped me so much! I have had trouble with my lower back for years, since college and now I'm in my 40s. I would have spells off and on over the years where my back would go out and I would be down for a week or two. I have always been active, and I enjoy exercising and playing sports especially with my family, so it was a continual frustration to be out of commission during those times. Not only that, but regular household tasks like mopping, vacuuming, putting sheets on the bed, etc., became things that would randomly set off my back and put me in bed for several days. Chiropractic would help temporarily but it never seemed to last. The last few years the spells came more frequently and lasted longer, until this past March when my back went out and I was down for 2 months, spending much of the time in bed. After trying massage, chiropractic treatments, X-rays that showed nothing specific, I was ready to get an MRI and see a surgeon. That's when my path crossed DPT's. I was skeptical of physical therapy because of what I'd heard from others' experiences, but I was ready to try anything. From my first visit to DPT, I felt hopeful for the first time in years that I could be active again and get over my chronic back trouble. They found that one of my hips was rotated out of position and probably had been for long enough that certain muscles in my back had stopped working completely and others were working incorrectly to compensate. I was assured I didn't need an MRI or surgery, but simply correction of that misalignment, re-teaching the muscles how to work and work correctly, and then strengthening them. It sounded so simple and made so much sense, and what a relief to learn that I didn't have a lifelong condition that I just had to live with or attempt to fix with surgery, as I had been told before! I have been so impressed by the one-on-one sessions with the doctors at DPT...no handing off of the patient to interns, aids or assistants...you're with the doctor the whole time! The staff is so friendly and caring, and have been wonderful, patient listeners to all my concerns and questions. After less than 3 months, I'm amazed at how much stronger I feel, and at how much I'm able to do now without pain. I'm so happy to be able to get back to exercising and playing basketball with my boys, without having to worry about being down for several days from over-doing it. It has been wonderful to learn that my back issues were not just something I had to live with as a result of getting older! I want to shout it from the rooftops that if you have back trouble, you don't just have to live with it, and don't assume you need surgery...you just need DPT!! 🙂

I’m an avid gym goer and crossfitter who had hurt one of my shoulders. It was a nagging injury but I was stubborn and wanted to “work through it”. DPT was recommended to me by a friend and she had given it a glowing recommendation. I will say I was a bit skeptical with the level of praise, but I was proven wrong very quickly: DPT is amazing. From the very first email, DPT (via Leesa) was professional and asked several questions to understand my background as well as the injury itself. My first appointment there was much the same: DPT showed a genuine care for me as a patient, asked several questions, and really wanted to understand the injury. It was definitely a 5-star experience. After my first session with Dr. Steph, I had zero hesitation about signing up for a bit more comprehensive therapy that would integrate my overall physical goals with my treatment plan. They didn’t just want me to get to “good enough” but wanted me to exceed where I had been before with my shoulder. Having been to PT before, I believe DPT’s desire to get me truly better than I was when I walked in the door set them apart. The doctors (Dr. Steph, Dr. Tom, and Dr. Jesse) at DPT created a progressive improvement plan to get me to where I wanted to be and I’m happy to say it worked! The staff there is not just giving you things to do to get better but they are by your side as you do it.I would highly recommend DPT to someone. If they were hesitant because they hadn’t heard about them, I would relay my initial skepticism and the final result of me returning to the gym at 110% of where I was prior to going in!

When I lost my ability to stand and walk due to severe sciatic pain, I tried everything to fix my leg: back surgery, physical therapy, pain management, spinal injections, spinal eletrostimulation, acupuncture, massage, dietary analysis…. Nothing helped at all. Then I found Dr Padilla, and he gave me back my life! When you go through this, you learn how many things you can no longer do if you can’t stand or walk. Now I’m back to walking 3-4 miles a day; I can lift and hold my grandbabies; I can go to parties without having to sit in a corner; I can go shopping again. What was different about Dr Padilla’s approach is that he carefully analyzed the root cause of my problem. All the other doctors I had seen were focused on alleviating the symptoms. Once Dr Padilla identified problem areas, he worked with me to test his hypotheses and then to fix the specific problems he identified through a combination of physical therapy and referrals to some very unique specialists, including one who could repair muscle tears without surgery and even one who could help me cope with the mental and emotional challenges that I am convinced contributed to the problem.I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Padilla and his practice. They are professional, caring, supportive in every way. I only wish I had seen him before all my other attempts. His method is virtually risk free, and I could have avoided a lot of doctor appointments and needless and expensive treatments, not to mention losing a couple of years to my other attempts.

My experience with Dr. Tom and The Doctors of Physical Therapy was exceptional.  Dr. Tom was recommended to me by my fitness trainer.   I saw Dr. Tom for lower back pain.  This was not my first experience with physical therapy treatment for back pain but I believe it was my best experience.  Dr. Tom quickly accessed my back issues and gave me a set of daily exercises and stretches.   After six weeks with regular office appointments,  I now can move more freely without pain.I would highly recommend The Doctors of Physical Therapy.

The Doctors of Physical Therapy is an excellent organization comprised of passionate professionals! I have been in and out of several other physical therapy practices where I was given the same diagnosis over and over and still failed to see improvement. I was in a constant state of discomfort and pain and was unable to participate in the activities that I loved to do. Overall my quality of living was sub par. When I was introduced to the Doctors of Physical Therapy, they almost instantly identified the source of my discomfort and constructed a treatment plan that was so incredibly specific to my needs, results were almost immediate. I have been able to freely live my life and participate in the physical activities I so choose. Such as; weight lifting, rock climbing, hiking, and every day activities at home and at work. I recommend them to anybody who is stuck where I was, or feels anyway limited. They will help you get your life back!

I am writing on behalf of my experience with DPT. When I first went there I was limping and barely able to walk without pain due to a labral tear in my hip and lots of hip pain.Upon entering DPT I was greeted by Lesa, the receptionist. She is fantastic and such a warm person. Then I met with Dr. Tom and Dr. Jessie. They are wonderful. They made me feel like I was an integral part of the team there.I was referred to DPT by a friend. It's the best thing that happened for me and my hip. Dr. Jessie has helped me immensely with my hip. I no longer am limping and I walk without pain. I would recommend DPT and all their staff to everybody because of their professionalism, great attitude, and such pleasant people to be associated with. After every session I attend at DPT I am able to walk without a limp and am pain free.

DPT has improved my quality of life and activity tolerance. The staff is passionate, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Prior to starting therapy, I had become “dependent” on the use of trigger point balls, deep massage with elbows, and over stretching. All of this would only give me temporary relief. Since starting treatment, I don’t obsessively need daily relief tools because I can hardly feel my pain. I am also able to Increase exercise without as much fear of aggravated the pain. I highly recommend them! Worth every penny spent!

I've been working with Dr. Stephanie for the past few months after being referred to this practice by a friend. It's really refreshing how they provide a personalized approach for each patient that they work with, you can tell they genuinely care about helping out their clients. I've been to other PT groups before and almost all of the other groups felt unpersonalized and rushed. I couldn't recommend this group enough to anyone in the Valley.

I have received physical therapy from many different providers over the years and I can say DPT is BY FAR the best yet. Most recently I found DPT after receiving treatment from two other local physical therapy clinics that could not get to the root of my problem. I struggled for nearly 1.5 years with knee pain and hip tightness. I could not squat, lunge, run, or walk up stairs without significant pain. The staff were all very welcoming and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. At DPT you are seen 1 on 1 with your Therapist which I found very helpful. Changes or additions to my treatment plan took seconds instead of days or weeks. I also received follow-up phone calls between visits to ensure no treatment adjustments needed to be made. I would HIGHLY recommend The Doctors of Physical Therapy. Upon completion of my treatment I can once again barbell squat below parallel, run 10+ miles at a time, and hike... all without any pain or discomfort!I personally saw Dr. Stephanie Mundt, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and learned in the realm of Physical Therapy. My very first visit with her I received a care plan tailored to my specific injury. I felt VERY confident in her ability as a provider to hone in on the root cause of my ailments. After years of physical therapy experience including herniated discs, strained muscles, and strained tendons walking into DPT was a breathe of fresh air. Dr. Mundt, Dr. Tom, and all the providers at DPT know their stuff! This is the place to go hands down.

Over the last 2 years I have been working to get myself back in shape which included me doing yoga, Crossfit, and some personal training. The problem I was having during this time was that despite how much stretching and foam rolling I did, it was physically impossible for me to do certain yoga poses or lifts while weight training.I went to the team at DPT to see if they could help and they found that the reason I had trouble doing even basic squats was because my ankle mobility wasn't great. I also had issues with a weak hip and shoulder, I'm only 30 years old!I was extremely impressed with DPT's ability to figure out why I couldn't move the way I wanted, especially after seeing a number of people such as chiropractors and other PTs for the same problem. I am continuing to improve my mobility and strength and finally getting closer to the results I've been looking for the past 2 years!Thank you DPT for being such a great team to work with!

I left my first session with Dr. Stephanie feeling confident that my problem of pain and limited movement could be resolved. In fact, I have gone through a series of treatments that have proved to benefit me physically so very much. Not only did Dr. Stephanie get me back into tennis, she helped me improve my game very significantly. I highly recommend DPT. While I want to experience no further injuries or pain, that may be an unrealistic hope. I suspect I will maintain a long term relationship with DPT for check ups and further assistance with strengthening and flexibility. I am so impressed with Dr. Stephanie’s kindness, knowledge, expertise, and efficiency in improving my physicality. Thank you DPT and Dr. Stephanie, in particular. Steven Hirdes, Ed.D.

Following knee surgery I was not able to straighten my leg. I was released from my doctors care after six 1/2 hour sessions with staff physical therapy since my insurance would not cover more sessions. I sought help from a personal trainer. Over the past 7 years I improved but continued having severe pain in several areas. Dr Tom provided me with hope that I can walk and exercise normally again. He quickly diagnosed my problem and established measurable goals. Dr Tom released major trigger points so that I could make progress with exercises to do on my own. Best of all he taught me techniques to reduce pain in my home between visits. I’ve never experienced such improvement within one hour.

I have been going to Dr. Tom Padilla for physical therapy for the past 6 months. With his knowledge and expertise I am able to continue with the physical activities that I enjoy doing. I was referred to the Doctors of Physical Therapy by my CrossFit coach. Knee pain was limiting me in my workouts. My daily activities were also restricted, I had difficulty getting in and out of a car. I’m a woman on the go and I didn’t like being slowed down. Dr. Tom was able to evaluate my knee, analyze my movements and teach me exercises to strengthen my weakness. I was able to practice the exercises at home and my knee pain has been reduced. The facilities are top notch, scheduling is easy. It’s not any easy fix, you have to do your part and work hard to get better, but with Dr. Tom’s patience, motivation and great sense of humor, I am back at CrossFit and living life.

I have been dealing with horrible pain in both of my knees for over a year . Of which during that time I found out I had torn meniscus in both knees. I couldn't walk very well, walk up and down stairs or get up and down on the floor. I work 8 to 9 hrs a day five days a week on my feet. Months ago I was recommended by my son whom is a chiropractor to have Dr. Padilla do some PT for me. I was hesitant for a while since I live 4hrs away. After several months went by and another recommendation from my son and another specialist I was seeing, I finally decided to try it. With the first visit I was hooked. Not only did I feel results on the first day, I also was thoroughly examined and given great information on how your body reacts and can be treated with physical therapy done right. As well as exercises to go home with, which is a huge plus for me.I have been seeing amazing results each time I go. I am half way through my PT sessions and I can walk without limping and even walk up and down stairs much better. I am able to do squats and get down on the floor a lot easier than before. In the past two months I have seen both Dr. Tom Padilla and Dr. Stephanie Mundt. Both are the most amazing and knowledgeable doctors ever.I have a goal and that is to be able to keep walking so I can keep up with my kids and grandkids. I still have a lot of life in me and I'm not ready to quit now.I highly recommend The Doctors of Physical Therapy. They will help you get on the right track to getting your physical ability back.Thank you Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Padilla. Your both amazing.

I have been going to DPT for a couple months now. I am an avid runner with a history of 3 knee surgeries. I also run obstacle course races and tore my rotator cuff last year. I attended two workshops with Stephanie and loved her. She was very informative and helpful so I decided to see her in the clinic 1:1. Stephanie is able to evaluate injuries/concerns and then give specific exercise to aid in rehabilitation. I will say (depending on what your goal is) it does take some work at home, but Stephanie provides the proper education and tools to complete this. Since then, I have been able to run longer distances without pain, attend classes at orange theory and am working towards getting back to obstacle course racing. I feel they truly understand the demands that come with being a competitive athlete and are able to work towards activity specific goals. I cannot thank the team at DPT enough.

I was experiencing lower back pain that wouldn't go away and continually became worse. I've always been active and the pain began to limit my ability to work out. After several attempts at self diagnosis, nothing seemed to relieve the pain so I made an appt with DPT. During that first visit Dr. Tom was very thorough and walked me through exactly what was happening and explained the approach to correct the problem. I experienced some immediate relief after starting a series of exercises.Over the next several months, my body became stronger and I was able to get back to doing all of the things I had done previously. The entire team at DPT was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. I feel fortunate that I found DPT and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great physical therapist.

I came to DPT because my body was all kinds of messed up from my first pregnancy, which was making my second very uncomfortable. Pelvis pain, back pain, etc. With my first visit at DPT I saw immediate results where I could get out of bed so much easier (which used to be a group activity with my husband). After having my daughter we had a few more sessions and I can happily say I'm back to my old self! No pain, better mobility, and with my functioning body I'm losing all my baby weight. Couldn't have done it without my crew at DPT.

I am extremely impressed with my experience at DPT. The staff is professional, efficient and welcoming. Dr. Stephanie was able to greatly reduce my shoulder pain in one visit and has continued to do so each time I have seen her. It’s wonderful to have pain free, full range of motion back. I had slowly been having to reduce my actives to accommodate the pain I was having, but now am able to everything I want and used to enjoy! I would recommend DPT to anyone needing physical therapy or who is just ready to live their lives without achesand pains!

I attended the Low Back Pain workshop by Drs Steph and Tom. It was the most informative information on low back pain I have ever been exposed to, and I had orthopedic courses in my training!! They gave information that transforms the way that I interact with back pain in office, getting people off of their medications and having them simply do some simple testing to find out what is actually the cause of the pain. I recommend that all practitioners who see people who have back pain attend this workshop. Their workshops are very informative and give you the ammo you need to be a solution to low back pain, not perpetuating the issue by trying to ineffectively treat the issue. Thank you Tom and Steph! You guys WOWED me!

I severely pinched a nerve, It was so bad it got to the point I was unable to properly flex/contract my Pec or Tricep. I have been a gym regular for years, and it has been a large part of my life. So being unable to really engage my right side was devastating. I went to a couple doctors in the hopes of getting this fixed, with no luck. Finally ended up at DPT and so happy I did. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue right away they also worked very closely with me and developed a plan to get me back to 100%. Didn't take long for me to be able to use those musicals again! Armed with the knowledge gained from my sessions I am regaining my strength. No words for how grateful I am!

I suffered a mtn biking accident resulting in near loss of function of my whole left arm and hand and significant pain. My neurologist told me it would take 18 months to see improvement, yet at 4 months since the accident, I am already 75% better with near full range of monitor of arm and significantly less pain. I am able to get back into the gym, do yoga with modifications and hike with my dogs. As a physician I have already referred several patients here and will continue to do so. Everyone who works here is kind and enthusiastic and knowledgeable about anatomy and how to get to the root of the problem. I will continue my therapy here and will be back for future issues.

I Recently had the opportunity to attend a back/ hip pain workshop that was hosted by the Doctors of Physical Therapy. I was amazed by their professionalism and knowledge of the body! The workshop was a great balance of learning what causes the back/hip pain and then practicing a few exercises to learn how different muscles operate during different movements/ activities. I have experienced lower back pain for years and have been thru many forms of treatment where I would experience brief moments of relief but the pain and symptoms would always come back. It was not until I attended this workshop that I discovered why these treatments never held. The DPT are not just looking at the acute pain in the back, because often that is only a symptom and the cause of pain may be caused by something else all together. The DPT takes an in depth approach where they want to get all muscles into alignment and then work on getting those muscles to operate as they are intended. At the Doctors of Physical therapy their passion for their work and how they put their patient's care first is extremely evident. I would highly recommend attending a workshop if you want to gain some insight on why other forms of treatment in the past haven’t worked for you and to know that there could be a solution out there that does not involve pills, injections or surgery! Thank you Again!!

I have been going to The Doctors of Physical Therapy for 3 months and can't say enough good things about the staff and service! I had been suffering from chronic low back pain and hip problems for years and had seen numerous physical therapists and was not getting any relief. My back would "go out" 3x per year and I would have shooting pain upon waking. After the 1st month on my plan from the Doctors of Physical Therapy my shooting pain went away and I am now able to exercise and do my daily activities without discomfort! I am SO happy I found them and am continuing to see them once a month ongoing to keep my body in top shape!

Dr. Tom has made a huge difference in my life, letting me be much more active! After hip replacement surgery, I wasn't quite back to the strength I had before even after pt with another therapist. Dr. Tom gave me a course of exercises that made me stronger. Then, right before a scheduled trip to Italy, my ankle began to bother me terribly. I was limping like crazy and worried I wouldn't be able to do everything I wanted on our trip. Dr. Tom got me right in, and worked with me to get back to where I needed to be enjoy my trip. I walked almost 60 miles on the trip. I could not have done it without him.If you have any issues that are slowing you down, check with Dr. Tom Padilla and the Doctors of Physical Therapy to see if they can help. You won't regret it!

Dr. Tom and Dr. Stephanie truly are the best. My husband and I had a trip planned to hike Machu Pichu and after struggling for years I finally found DPT. There was no handing me off to some assistant as I had experienced in the past. They worked with me one on one to get me to a place that I could regain my life back as it once was. After only a couple of months I was texting them from the summit of Machu Pichu. Not only do they care about my physical therapy but are interested in the whole person. We are lucky to have this group in our area and I would recommend them to my friends, family and anyone in need of help.

Excellent diagnostician(s) Noticed I was dragging left foot when I walked. PT exercises strengthening my right hip has solved the problem. Great communication with my primary care physician. Initial visit was done on recommendation of my personal trainer. Location is convenient as it is located in the fitness center where I work out. Good coordination with DPT and my personal trainer regarding follow up and exercises

I was in hip pain for three years; the throb, pinch, and tightness was all day and night. I stopped exercising as well as unable to sleep on that hip!Last month I was blessed with a referral to The Doctors of Physical Therapy. After only a few sessions (along with strength exercises at home)...I can’t believe that I’m pain free! I’m back to spinning, hiking andbest of all, sleeping like a baby!I highly recommend DPT to lift your spirits again. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. They teach you how to live and stay pain free, for that I’m grateful!

The Doctors of Physical Therapy are amazing! I was having hip pain that kept me from progressing with my fitness goals. I chose DPT because I knew that they would treat the cause of my pain, not just the symptoms. With just 5 sessions of seeing the Doctor's of Physical Therapy, I not only had relief from some of my pain, but I now know why I was having so much pain, and they set me up with a treatment plan to get me back to running and squatting at the gym pain-free. The staff at DPT know their stuff and are able to communicate the details in a way that makes sense to someone with no medical knowledge - I would highly recommend them for any of your physical therapy needs!

I have had lower back and sciatica issues for the past 10 years. I’ve tried everything from traditional physical therapy and chiropractic to cortisone epidural injections. None of which lasted very long term and I always end up back in pain. Since being recommend to DPT and starting therapy, my back pain is almost gone. Before my first session I couldn’t even bend down and touch my toes, get dressed in the morning without pain, sneeze or cough without pain every time. By the end of the first session, I could bend over with minimal pain! From that moment, I knew I had finally found the solution to my pain and my quality of life was about to turn around. After 2 months, my pain is almost completely gone and now I have the resources (stretches/exercises) for those days I do have some pain. I can’t thank the doctors of physical therapy enough for giving me hope for a pain-less future!

I've been seeing Dr. Stephanie for a couple months now, and I can't say enough about her and my experience at this clinic! For the past year, I have been dealing with hip instability which has caused my hips to click every time I try to do a simple squat in the gym. After months of ignoring this problem and avoiding treatment, the clicking soon turned into major hip pain. I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Stephanie at The Doctors of PT, and she exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in the clinic, I was warmly greeted by Rhiannon (receptionist), and was in the doctor's office within minutes, which is hard to believe because in my past experience I would have to wait for 30 min to 1 hour before seeing any doctor.Dr. Stephanie took the time to assess what was going on with me in detail. With every assessment, she explained exactly what was causing my pain/clicking and how WE were going to fix it. At that moment and every appointment after, I have felt like she has been my teammate in getting back me back to my healthy/painless-self. Stephanie is kind, knowledgeable, and hungry to get patients back to their full capacity. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic, the Doctors here are professional, committed, and take personal interest in each patient's progress. Thank you, The Doctors of Physical Therapy!

I have had various back and neck issues. Partly from a whiplash and scoliosis contributes to my back issues. I now have osteoporosis. As a result of this I had 3 compression fractures. After 3 months in a brace and using home PT care it was time for outpatient. I could barely drive and could not bend over or turn my body. I was lucky enough to find Doctors of Physical Therapy. I have never (I've had several) found anyone to have the knowledge to help me in the way they have. It has taken a year but they have me back dancing, able to walk distances, travel, bend over (yes that took awhile to do after back break) take care of myself and my house. I am stronger than ever. I am grateful that I could find them because I don't think I would be doing as well if I had not had this type of therapy.

I am a Competitive UltraRunner and former Mtn.Bike Racer. I have been competing heavily in Ultra Races since 2013 and have had extreme Hamstring and Gluteal pain and even tears. I have undergone PT Rehab specifically for these injuries by others yet I continue to have pain and problems. I have had most treatments, therapies, modalities and professionals work on my issues but NONE of them Really Helped Diagnose and Treat my issue like Tom Padilla, owner of Doctors of Physical Therapy. I have had 4 out of my 5 sessions with him and on session 4, IT clicked! His new assistant on staff helped video my gait and explain my dysfunction so I could visually see what I needed to change and why. With the corrective exercises prescribed by both Docs, I am running w/less pain and am astonished and shocked I just did the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim and my problem areas were not problems. Very impressed and will continue treatment.

Tom Padilla figured out what was wrong with my shoulder and neck area after one appointment. I lived with that pain for months and he diagnosed it accurately in minutes. He is freaky smart which makes him extremely effective at his work. He is also confident about how much time it takes to have his patients become pain-free, functioning again and then building strength and moving forward, respectively. He kept his word on all counts. I am very thankful for him.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff at the Doctors ofPhysical Therapy. I have a struggled with ongoing lower pain for years due to my past with being a ballet dancer, and more recently having 2 children which made my pain worsen.

This is a really good PT shop. I have tried more than one. You receive direct, customized help from a PT. No assistant hand offs like many places. Highly recommended.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The team's whole body approach to injury recovery has most certainly helped speed up the healing process. Most important, they provided clear strategies, goals and easy to implement exercises to restore function and assure my injury does not return.
