“I started my career in healthcare as a massage therapist. I moved from the Portland, Oregon area to the Columbia River Gorge area, where I worked for a hospital in both their outpatient wellness facility, as well as providing comfort care at their cancer center. As I moved into management, I still had a passion for health and wellness and wanted to stay in that arena. I’ve been blessed to work in management in a hospital setting, as well as high-end spas, naturopath clinics, and even medical billing for a time.”
“After feeling it was time for a change, my family and I decided that Phoenix was a great place for our next adventure. Big bonus; there is a pretty extensive para-athlete community, which my daughter, who swims, cycles, and competes in dragon boat racing, loves. Another bonus is all the hiking there is, which my sons and I love to do together!”
